(一)商务书信的文体风格

一封好的商业书信应该体现出语言自然精练、行文流畅、可读性高的文体风格。

商业书信的写作必须力求“自然”，不能满篇都是过时的商业行话。例子：考生如果怕自己错过考试报名时间和考试时间的话，可以 免费预约短信提醒，届时会以短信的方式提醒大家报名和考试时间。
