第三个问题是关于环保材料的问题，要做些什么等等，完了之后问了我选环保材料的standard ，我题目听懂了不知道怎么答啊，胡乱说了一通

part two: how to identify accurately training session

part three: recuit a manager from within the company, please explain how staff can get informed and what procedures can be made.
