Plastic bags have found their way into a wide area ofeveryday life. They are provided in big supermarketsand corner stores. These bags do make people's lifemore convenient. They don't need to carry cloth bags, or baskets with them when goingshopping. They are also very cheap so many people always buy them.

However, plastic bags also bring side effects. The plastic bags some people throw awaycasually cause the white pollution to our environment, which is very harmful because plasticbags cannot be decomposed.

People have to be careful with the use of plastic bags. They should make sure they put theplastic bags into dustbins after the bags are used. It also might be better for people to use thetraditional cloth bags to hold the goods instead of plastic bags.(137 words)
