As more and more schools start to enlarge their annual enrollment, schools’ safety level seems to be brought down. School administrations feel hard to control such a huge population, as a result, cases conducted by people both inside and outside the campus happened more frequently. Under such circumstance, campus safety becomes an urgent task for both school administrations and students themselves.

It’s undeniable that schools should carry the great responsibility for students’ personal safety. Most importantly, campus police need to be well trained in order to face some potential danger from the outside world. Moreover, strict campus rule should be established for a more orderly environment. For example, people without official ID cannot enter the gate and dangerous item found by the security should not be allowed to be taken along into the dormitory.

Students should also have the essential consciousness to protect themselves. Credulousness and carelessness are characters they need to avoid, and some technics of self-defense is always useful for teenagers especially girls.
